We want camp to be a place where everyone feels safe, included, and able to have fun. By coming to camp, you agree to:

• Treat others with kindness and respect.
• Listen to and follow leaders’ instructions.
• Join in with activities and support others to do the same.
• Be on time for sessions, meals, and activities.
• Respect camp boundaries and only go where leaders say is allowed.
• Follow quiet times so everyone can rest.

 

Safety and behaviour

The following are not acceptable at camp:

• Bullying or deliberately excluding others
• Physical aggression or behaviour that could cause harm
• Disrespectful or abusive language towards others
• Damaging property or the camp environment
• Smoking, vaping, alcohol, or drugs
• Leaving the site or group without permission

Mobile Phones

You are allowed to bring your mobile phones with you (if you have one); however, you will only be given access to them at certain times. You will be very busy all the time and not having a phone will give you the opportunity to engage with others and concentrate on activities. You will have the opportunity to phone home and therefore will have access to them for a while in the morning and evening.  Phones will not be allowed in bedrooms or bathrooms.
