Wellspring House
It is self-catering, and we do love a good bit of team washing-up.
We sleep in bunk beds, air beds and camp beds in various different rooms. Sometimes we have a shower rota as there are only two, but there is time for everyone to be clean and fresh-smelling!
About Wellspring House
Wellspring House is a friendly Resource Centre in North Manchester where our spacious Edwardian building and attractive gardens can offer visitors an escape from the bustle of daily life. Visit it to nourish the mind and soul at one of the camps held here.
It has plenty of secure parking and is only a 10 minute drive from Junction 17 on the M60. It is the ideal venue for anyone looking for a space for quiet reflection, personal development and spiritual growth and all visitors can ensure they will receive a warm welcome here at Wellspring House.
There is a large ground floor meeting room and a beautiful library. Additionally, there is an upstairs there is a further meeting room, dining room and kitchen. It is located on Radcliffe New Road and convenient for Whitefield, Prestwich, Radcliffe, Bolton and Bury and the M60 motorway. Parking is available on site. It is walking distance from Metro stations at both Whitefield and Manchester.
The residentials that are most often held here are 18+ weekends and 9-13 Summer Camp. There are various opportunities for sporting and recreational activities. For example, there is a table tennis table, and games can be played on the side lawn. There also a number of local playgrounds in easy walking distance, and Heaton Park is a short car journey away.
