Our next family weekend will be held at the Harrogate Bunkhouse, which is West End Outdoor Centre on 6^th – 8^th June. The centre is a converted church and is about 20 minutes west of Harrogate.  It is in a beautiful rural setting.

The theme will be “Jacob’s Ladder”, a Biblical story from Genesis. We will be learning about this story altogether and in groups and will be led by Rev Becky Jarratt. Fun family activities in the afternoon and evening will be weather dependent and may involve a trip into the local area. The weekend will start on Friday evening when a light supper will be provided and will end on Sunday at 1pm after a picnic lunch.

The weekend is sponsored by the Youth and Family team and so the only cost for the weekend is the food which will be £15 a person. The accommodation is in dorms of 2 or 4 people with shared bathroom facilities. You will need to bring your own bedding and towels. The centre holds up to 30 people so booking is on a first come, first served basis. Please contact Jenny on jenny.jones@generalconference.org.uk  to book a place.
